ORDER

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by Mrs.M.Reethika, Wife of Mr.Gokul Singh, the respondent herein for withdrawal of the pending H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2019 filed by the respondent/husband on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur and transfer the same to the Family Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter was taken up, Mr.V.Murugesan, learned counsel for the respondent stated that nothing survives in the transfer civil miscellaneous petition, since Mr.M.Gokul Singh, the husband of the petitioner, has already filed a memo dated 10.7.2019 before the learned Family Court Judge, Srivilliputhur seeking withdrawal of the pending H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2019.

3. Taking note of the memo dated 10.7.2019, which is not carrying the seal of the Court, this Court directs the parties to approach the learned Family Court, Srivilliputhur within two weeks time and file a memo in the Registry and thereafter, the learned Family Court Judge, Srivilliputhur is directed to consider the request for withdrawal of the H.M.O.P.No.16 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2019. With this observation, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition stands disposed of. Consequently, C.M.P.No.5776 of 2019 stands closed.
