(CRIME NO.10 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners for appearing before the respondent police, W16-All Women Police Station, Pulianthope, Chennai every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.18437 of 2020 dated 11.12.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAYSEELAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a,m., until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18437 of 2020, dated 11.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18437 of 2020, dated 11.12.2020. is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
