The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to refix and revise the pensionary benefits of the petitioner as per the G.O.No.207 dated 30.09.2008 and disburse him the revised pensionary benefits within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that all the benefits have been settled to the petitioner and the matter has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
