ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to issue direction to the first respondent to change the investigation in Crime No.606 of 2008 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the CB-CID https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in Crime No.606 of 2008 had been registered as boy missing case and it was closed in the year 2012 itself as undetectable.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to serve the closure report to the petitioner, and on receipt of the same the petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate concerned by way of private complaint.

4. With the above observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
