These petitions are filed under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C, to grant special leave to file appeals against the order dated 16.12.2022 made in C.C. Nos.7772 of 2010, 1949 of 2011 and 5594 of 2010 respectively on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.III, Saidapet, ChennaiJudicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruchengode.
2. Mr.C.P. Palanichamy learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the accused admitted his signature on the cheque, the trial court mainly based on the Memo of Understanding that was executed between the two paties had acquitted the accused.
