The Writ petition has been filed challenging the tender Notification No.20-1/V.com/2015-16/VP dated 06.01.2016 notifying open auction for harvesting the produces such as Mango/Coconut/Tamarind etc. for a period from the date of auction till 31.12.2016. 2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the tender period itself is over and hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. It is seen that there is no interim order granted in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
