ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the First respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.105 of 2022 from the file of the 2nd respondent to some other investigating agency.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in this case has been completed, final report has been filed and the case has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.284 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankagiri.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is of the view that the prayer sought by the petitioner cannot be entertained.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
