2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner in the writ petition, viz., M.Parvathy is no more and hence, the present petition has been filed to implead her legal representatives.

3. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying the miscellaneous petition, this W.M.P is ordered as prayed for.
