1. This WMP is filed to implead the Petitioner, S.Ramesh Kumar, as the 5th Respondent in the above Writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the proposed party has filed a Writ Petition in WP.No.17361 of 2019 for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent therein to take action for their unauthorised construction, in accordance with law against the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition and another. That Writ Petition was disposed of, as the Official Respondents have set the law in motion by initiating proceedings against the present Writ Petitioner for the unauthorised construction. Since the unauthorised construction is established, the impugned proceedings in the present Writ Petition, have been issued against the present Writ Petitioner, at the instance of the proposed party and as against the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed. Hence, he is a necessary party to the present Writ Petition and accordingly, this WMP is allowed as prayed for.
