The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of her application dated 19.10.2020 for cancellation of UDR Patta Nos.333 and 379 in connection with the property comprised in S.No.349/2 and S.No.273 situated at Mallapalli Village, Natrampalli Taluk, Thirupathur District.
2. The case of the petitioner is that, the petitioner is the owner of the property comprised in S.No.273/1 ad-measuring to an extent of 70 cents situated at Mallapalli Village, Natrampalli
Taluk, Thirupathur District and originally the property stands in the name of the petitioner's father. However, during the UDR Scheme, the patta was inadvertently granted to some unknown persons, they are not all connected with her property, for which the petitioner made a representation dated 19.10.2020 to the 2nd respondent for cancellation of UDR Patta Nos.333 and 379 in connection with the property comprised in S.No.349/2 and S.No.273 situated at Mallapalli Village, Natrampalli Taluk, Thirupathur District. Thereafter, the said representation was forwarded to the District Revenue Officer, Thirupathur District for further consideration. The District Revenue Officer, Thirupathur District issued a summon to the petitioner on 20.10.2020. However, till date no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayer.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry as per the summon dated 20.10.2020 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry on the application of the petitioner dated 19.10.2020, as per the summon dated 20.10.2020, after providing full opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and aggrieved parties, if any, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
