ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Complaining that the order dated 09.12.2013 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 4883 of 2013 wherein, the second respondent, viz., Assistant Commissioner, North Zone, Coimbatore City Corporation, was directed to consider the reply filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits, within a period of two weeks, has not been complied with, the instant contempt petition is filed.

2. In the course of hearing, the third respondent herein/ Director of Town and Country Planning, was impleaded.

3. The third respondent has filed an affidavit stating that the personal hearing of the revision petition is fixed on 06.11.2015 at 11.00 a.m. and notice thereon has been issued to the concerned parties. Thus, a week's time may be granted to pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.

4. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to proceed further in this matter. Thus, this contempt petition is closed. However, we make it clear that if the aforestated statement is not complied with, the matter will be viewed seriously.
