pay drawn by him, having retired from service on 31.05.2025 as Assistant Accounts Officer on superannuation from TWAD Board, RWS Division, Kancheepuram.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2025 submitted by him.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation on 13.10.2025 to disburse the retirement benefits such as DCRG, Commutation and other benefits along with interest based on the last drawn pay to which the petitioner is entitled to. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the
representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
6. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
