Prayer:- Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 02.02.2019 and for an immediate direction for surveying the lands of the petitioner in Survey Nos.34/6, 35/4, 30/1A3 of Pushpagiri village and survey Nos.29/8, 29/9 of Santhavasal village with markings with survey stones and to cancel the wrong patta issued in favour of Mr.Rajamani with respect to his S.No.30/1A3C4 for 23 1⁄2 cents by making necessary corrections in the records within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 02.02.2019, wherein, the petitioner had sought for the survey of the subject properties and for marking the boundaries.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent has issued a notice to the petitioner and has fixed a date for survey on 09.11.2020 at 9.00 a.m. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has already taken steps to survey the property, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the entire process, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
