2 DURAIRAJ Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to To permit the petitioner to withdraw 50 % of the award amount which comes around RS 7,80,890/- (Seven Lakhs eighty thousand Eight hundred and ninety only) and the sme is lying in the deposit as per the order passed by the Tribunal MCOP No. 68 of 2012 on the file of the MACT Sub Court, Cheyyar vide order dated 13-06-2014 in CMP.4983/17 in CMA.2390/15. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MAKESH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Though the above petition has been filed seeking permission to withdraw 50% of the award amount deposited, taking into account the overall circumstances, this court permits the petitioner to withdraw a consolidated sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only).
The petition is ordered accordingly.
