ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction to direct the second respondent police to alter the FIR in Crime No.259 of 2017 dated 12.06.2017 for the offences under Sections 279, 337, 307 r/w 302 of I.P.C., instead of 279, 337 r/w 304(ii) of IPC on the file of 2nd respondent police .

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have given a representation to the second respondent on 16.06.2017 and it is pending with the second respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent police to enquire the petitioners representation dated 16.06.2017 and complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
