ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari to call for the records of the order of the 1st respondent in order No.R.O.C.C4/21820/2018 dated 16.11.2019 and its subsequent order No.R.O.C.A1/4844/2019 dated 06.02.2020 and to quash the same to enable the petitioners to foreclose the loan outstanding as One Time Settlement, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is agreed by the petitioners and the respondents that the petitioners can be permitted to pay a sum of Rs.1.60 crores as an one time settlement. Out of the said amount, Rs.50 lakhs is to be paid on or before 26.03.2020 and the remaining amount of Rs.1.10 crores will have to be on or before 30.04.2020.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not press the affidavit filed.
4. In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, we make it clear that if the above said direction is not complied with, the writ petition will stand dismissed automatically. Consequently, it is open to respondents 3 and 4 to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos. 5332 and 5337 of 2020 are closed.
