This petition has been filed to relax the condition "3.Recording the same, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" vide order in Crl.M.P.No.13163 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17259 of 2023 dated 25.08.2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before concerned trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
