Prayer: This Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 and 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to call for records in order and decretal order dated 07.01.2013 passed in Crl.MP.1019 of 2013 in M.C.67 of 2012 by the Honourable XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai and set aside the same.

ORDER

When the Criminal Revision case is taken up for hearing on 18.09.2018, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. After the admission, it is the first time this matter came up for hearing. Hence, in order to give opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was listed on 26.09.2018 under the caption "for disposal", even on 26.09.2018 and 27.09.2018 there is no representation for the petitioner as well as for the respondent and hence this Court has no other option except to dismiss the same for non prosecution.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
