This petition has been filed seeking to amend the offences U/s.294(b), 353, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC instead of U/s.294(b), 353, 427 of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.384 of 2024 dated 24.01.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.384 of 2024 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 24.01.2024 and the time for executing the sureties is extended till 19.03.2024. No further time will be granted.
