O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram as 'Further Action Dropped' on 23.10.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no notice was served on the petitioner before the closure report was filed before the concerned Court.

3.The respondent police is directed to serve RCS notice to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is left open to the petitioner to contest the closure report by filing a protest petition before the concerned Court and workout his remedy in accordance with law.
