Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent in ROC No.1215/J1/2015-2 dated 30.06.2015 and the subsequent proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in R.No.4904/2015/s1/FSSA dated 31.07.2015 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue to work as Food Safety Officer in the Department of Food Safety and to direct the administration with all consequential and other attendant benefits.
