This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner to enter into his property based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.01.2024 pending on the file of the third respondent.

2. Heard Mr.G.Baskaran, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side], appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, no current paper or CSR has been assigned till date and a decision will be taken on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.01.2024 at the earliest. 2/4

4. In view of the submission made by learned Government Advocate [Crl.side], this petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to take a decision on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.01.2024 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
