ORDER

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 29 November 2013 rendered in W.P. No.23852 of 2010 has not been complied with by the respondent. 2 This Court, while disposing of W.P.No.23852 of 2010 directed the respondent - Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department to dispose of the appeal dated 30.6.2010 said to have been filed by the 2nd respondent viz., S.Mani on merits. It appears that the said order was passed in ignorance of the fact that the said appeal was disposed of on 7.9.2012 itself, as is evident from the proceedings in letter No.16857/UD-VI/20109 dated 7.9.2012 and a counter affidavit is filed by the respondent to that effect.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
