(The Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate further appropriate action pursuant to the lock and seal and Demolition Notice issued on 27.12.2019 to the 6th respondent in respect of the property bearing New Door No.14/5 Old No.120, 3rd Floor St.Ebba's Avenue, P.S.Sivasamy Salai, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004.
2.Mr.K.Raja Shrinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would state that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, the Corporation has already issued de-occupation notice to the 6th respondent on 01.09.2021. If it is not obeyed by the 6th respondent, the Corporation will proceed further to lock and seal the premises of the 6th respondent. 3.Recording the above-said submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is closed.
