2. When the matter was listed on 22.01.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 27.01.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 27.01.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
