ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to Register the petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2015 and proceed with the investigation in accordance with the law and file a final report in a time framed manner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3. The allegation of the petitioner is that the counter petitioner has changed the name in the patta without notice to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved about this, he is at liberty to approach the Revenue Authorities for cancellation of the earlier order.
