ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the proceedings pending in Crime No.46 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police and to quash the same.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner / accused has died on 01.05.2021 and the charge as against the petitioner itself is abated. He has also produced the death certificate of the petitioner before this Court.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
