This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25(1) of the Tamilnadu Buildings (Lease & Rent Control) Act, Act 18/1960 as amended by Act 23/1973 against the judgment and decree of the learned Rent Appellate Tribunal (Subordinate Judge) Nagapattinam made in R.C.A.No.10 of 2010 dated 13.10.2011 against the fair and final order of the learned Rent Controller (District Munsif) Nagapattinam made in I.A.No.12 of 2008 in R.C.O.P.No.9 of 2006 dated 12.06.2009.
