The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relief sought to be achieved had already been granted by the O/o.Additional Director General of Foreign Trade, Chennai, vide Licence Amendment Sheet (Amendment Sheet No:2 Attached to Licence No:0430005659), dated 18.12.2017, in favour of the petitioner and hence nothing survives for adjudication. Recording the same, this writ petition petition stands closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
