By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims that she is a Senior Citizen, aged about 78 years, and Plot No.33, admeasuring to an extent of 41.75 square meters, situated at Bharathi Nagar, Chinnakarukuttai, Mandaiveli, Chennai 28, was allotted to her by the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board and she has also constructed a superstructure and the authorities have also provided electricity service connection and other basic amenities to her and even though she had paid the entire cost of the land in instalments, the sale deed has not been executed and in this regard, she had submitted a representation dated 25.2.2015, to the respondent; but, no response is forthcoming and hence, she was constrained to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.G.Appavu, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.B.

dispose of the representation dated 25.2.2015, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
