Even today, when the matters are taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner in both the writ petitions. Hence, this court is of the view that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting their cases.
2. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Subsequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
