This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that there are totally 13 cases pending as against this petitioner.
