ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's revision dated 13.01.2025, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision dated 13.01.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's revision dated 13.01.2025.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision dated 13.01.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a

period of twelve (12) weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
