Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release grant-in-aid and to pay salary to the petitioner appointed as BT Assistant (Maths) in the 3rd respondent school with effect from 9.11.2010 along with interest based on the order of approval of appointment issued by 2nd respondent in Na. Ka. No. 1453/A4/2011 dt 10.1.2012 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The writ petition was filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondents to release grant-in-aid and to pay salary to the petitioner appointed as BT Assistant (Maths) in the 3rd respondent school with effect from 9.11.2010 along with interest based on the order of approval of appointment issued by 2nd respondent in Na. Ka. No. 1453/A4/2011 dt 10.1.2012 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the relief sought for by the petitioner i.e. the benefits of Salary maybe given by the respondents. 3.In the above circumstances, it transpires that that the relief sought for has been granted to the petitioner, hence, recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly this writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
