O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 20.01.2025, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the cancellation of the patta that stood in the name 2/4

of Kuppayammal and respondents 6 to 11 and to restore the patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard Mr.K.Prabhakaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 5.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 08.01.2025 after issuing notice to respondents 6 to 11 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
