ORDER

This Criminal Original Petitioner has been filed praying to issue direction to the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.01.2015, investigate and file final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner purchased the property from one Leelavathi on 13.10.2011 under the registered sale deed as document No.4979 of 2011. Thereafter, it is alleged by the petitioner that his vendor Leelavathi has produced an unregistered ante-dated sale agreement entered into between herself and her husband with some third parties and threatened the petitioner that she will encumber the property and thereby attempted to demand money from the petitioner. agreement is not a registered one and it is much before the date of the sale deed. Therefore, the title of the petitioner is protected by the sale deed dated 13.10.2011. If Leelavathi registers any other document subsequently, the petitioner may lodge a complaint to redress his grievance.
