O R D E R

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent Electricity Board to change the name of service connection vide 141-001-402 (Commercial) and shift the meter box to the petitioner's shop situated at Door No.151 Choolai High Road Chennai 600 112.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Electricity Board would submit that the petitioner has not furnished relevant documents to consider the application to transfer the service connection in the name of the petitioner and shift the meter box to the petitioner's shop.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the fourth respondent along with required documents. On receipt of such application with necessary documents, the 4th respondent shall consider the request made by the petitioner.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
