2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner has reported before the investigating officer for only three days and further investigation is not yet completed.
4. Taking note of the fact that the condition to report before the Investigating Officer on every Tuesday at 10.30 am cannot be relaxed further. Hence, the petition for relaxation for anticipatory bail condition is dismissed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to move relaxation petition after a period of one month.
