ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.1, Coimbatore, to speedy disposal of the case pending trial in C.C.No.421 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though this case 1/5

is pending from 2019, there is no progress made in this case. The reason is that the respondent is regularly absent and now NBW is pending against the respondent.

3.In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.1, Coimbatore, to take effective steps for execution of NBW pending against the respondent and dispose the case in C.C.No.421 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the above direction and observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
