COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.1, Coimbatore to speedy disposal of the case pending trial in C.C.Nos.532, 420 and 531 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, though these cases are pending from the year 2019 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, there is no progress in these cases. The accused is not regularly appearing in these cases and that is the reason for the delay in the disposal of these cases.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.1, Coimbatore to dispose these cases as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
