ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.08.2014.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 21.08.2014 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the second respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
