This Court by an Order dated 09.04.2019 directed the learned Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, to complete the investigation in Crime No.763 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. 2.

Now the learned Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, has requested this Court to grant further period of three months to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court.

As requested by the learned Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai , time granted by this Court is extended by a period of three months from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
