This petition is filed to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the above Second Appeal.

Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for RR1 to 3. Though notice was served on the 4th respondent none appears before this Court.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore the delay of 29 days in filing the above Second Appeal is condoned.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and further directed to print the name of the Addl. Govt. Pleader.
