This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue directions directing the respondent to take appropriate action to register the FIR on the complaint dated 07.04.2015 and investigate the same and pass final report in the above complaint. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
