O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 04.09.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property in S.No.102/3 measuring an extent of 1.25.0 cents.

2. Heard Mr.K.Balu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the representation made by the petitioner dated 04.09.2024 is under consideration before the third respondent and that the third respondent will take a decision based on the available records and convey the decision to the petitioner. In the 2/4

light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to convey the decision to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
