ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.3469 of 2016, by order dated 08.02.2016, directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the

petitioner dated 04.09.2015, with regard to grant of patta in respect of property comprised in T.S.Nos.28 and 29 in R.S.No.31/4 in Block No.3 of Naduvankarai Village bearing Plot No.5/5, by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 08.02.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 10.07.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
