passed by this Court in W.P.No.15031 of 2005 is challenged by way of Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1424 of 2014, wherein the stay of operation of the impugned order is also granted by order dated 03.11.2014, the contempt petition is closed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to seek his further remedy subject to the outcome of the writ appeal.
