This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 24.09.2014 made in R.E.P.No.127 of 2013 in A.C.No.206 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court, Salem.

Both sides counsel appeared through Video Conferencing.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that during pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the Execution Petition was dismissed for default. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and he undertakes to send an e-mail to that effect.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
