Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur, to accept the surrender of the petitioner in S.C.No.86 of 2019 and consider his petition to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner on 26.02.2020.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur, to accept the surrender of the petitioner in S.C.No.86 of 2019 and consider his petition to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner on 26.02.2020.

2. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court ( Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur ) and file a petition under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. directed to dispose of the said petition (either to allow or dismiss) on the same day, without any adjournment.

3. With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
