Challenge has been made against Order of the trial Court filed under section 2 of the Partition Act bringing the sale of the suit property, in the present revision petition.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though he has sent a letter and email to the petitioner, he has not received any instruction from the petitioner and also filed a memo to that effect. This Civil Revision Petition is pending from the year 2020. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
